Welcome to Villa Rhulani, which has overlooked Hout Bay beach, town and harbour for the past 20 years. From the top terrace you have the most breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Chapman’s Peak.
Rhulani means ‘relaxation’ in Zulu – and this is what awaits you in this placid, modern and cosy Villa at the foot of the Karbonkelberg mountain range, which in the 17th Century was the home to lions and leopards, but now only dassies, porcupines and the rare rooikat roam the area, the flora remains unchanged from the days of the earliest settlers and includes the beautiful King Protea.
Villa Rhulani is a privately owned, luxury property that can be rented on a self-catering basis, accommodating 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all comprising of a shower, a bath, basin/s and a toilet. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with two living rooms and a spacious dining room.
Hout Bay is just a short distance from Cape Town CBD, and is situated between Camps Bay and Constantia. Hout Bay beach is a very popular beach amongst the locals; it is where people meet for a relaxed walk, a jog or even taking their dogs for a splash in the ocean and a run after a tennis ball. The secluded beach of Llandudno and Sandy Bay are literally around the corner and can be reached by car within minutes.
